At SBR System, we are committed to delivering high-quality products, professional installation, and reliable after-sales service. This Warranty & Service Policy outlines the terms related to product warranties, workmanship coverage, and service support.

1. Product Warranty

  • All products supplied by SBR System are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
  • Warranty duration and terms vary depending on the product brand and manufacturer.
  • Manufacturer warranties typically cover manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

Note: SBR System does not provide extended manufacturer warranties unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Installation & Workmanship Warranty

  • SBR System provides a limited workmanship warranty on installation services performed by our team.
  • This warranty covers installation-related faults arising due to improper workmanship.
  • The workmanship warranty period will be specified in the project agreement or invoice.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or improper operation
  • Wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Power surges, electrical faults, or environmental conditions
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized third parties
  • Software updates or changes by manufacturers
  • Network or internet-related issues beyond our control

4. Service & Support

Service Requests

  • All service or warranty requests must be submitted via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Requests should include project details and a brief description of the issue.

5. Response & Resolution

  • SBR System will make reasonable efforts to respond within normal working hours.
  • Site visits and resolutions are subject to technician availability and project priority.
  • Emergency or after-hours services may be chargeable.

6. Chargeable Services

The following may be considered chargeable services:

  • Out-of-warranty repairs
  • System modifications or upgrades
  • Consumables or replacement parts
  • Network or third-party system troubleshooting
  • Relocation of installed equipment

Charges will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

7. Software & Third-Party Systems

  • Automation systems may rely on third-party software platforms.
  • SBR System is not responsible for software updates, feature changes, or discontinuation by third-party providers.
  • Some updates may require reprogramming and could be chargeable.

8. Preventive Maintenance

We recommend annual maintenance contracts (AMC) to ensure optimal system performance, longevity, and faster service response.

9. Limitation of Liability

SBR System shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Damages caused by third-party systems or force majeure events

Total liability shall not exceed the value of the services provided under the relevant agreement.

10. Policy Updates

SBR System reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty & Service Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website.
